Les Embruns

While in Brittany we selected this campsite from the ACSI Camping Card at €17 per night as it looked good on paper. This campsite deserves the five stars it gets , it is superbly landscaped, almost like being in a botanical garden. Beautiful family campsite, 250m from beach. Located in village centre. Lovely indoor pool. Site with many flowers, awarded campsite with most beautiful planting in France. Supermarket open when the campsite is. Restaurant. Excellent toilet facilities, sauna, hamam and beauty salon. Worth a return visit with some excellent walking and beaches in the area. We were there early September and it was very quiet but I imagine the area is thronged in summer.

Very beautiful camping, friendly staff, nice pool with great slides. Our spot was spacious and private with tall hedgerows around 3 sides of the spot. The sanitation was very well kept and clean. The camping is really close to the sea so I would recommend trying to swim there and take a hike in the dunes next to the beach. Overall a very nice camping, would definitely recommend.

We stayed for 10 days mid August and had a wonderful stay. It was our first time camping in France and the office team were very thorough and helpful with any questions we had. Our pitch was spacious and secluded, well postioned close to the bathroom amentities which, were always spotless, at every point of the day. There was a good range of facilities for children big and small, with ball courts, mini golf, playground areas, chickens/donkeys and the pool, along with the slides which were a big winner and a daily visit whilst they were open. I was also very impressed with the other campers, who were very respecful of the 'no music policy' after 10. We were spoilt for choice on beaches, lovely turquoise waters, sandy and they always seemed quiet, perhaps due to the time of season we visited. We wouldn't hesitate in returning again, and would highly recommend. Thank you for such a lovely stay.
